Motivated


 I started working out again with a 1.5 mile walk. I was going to do Pilates too but I ran out of time. I will start my day tomorrow with 20 minutes of Pilates and a 20 minute "Slim in 6" video. For the past 2 months I have been wanting to lose the 10 pounds I have put on since I left teaching in May. I'm really gonna do it this time. I am making a new dream board and gettin' to it. Since attempting to do that cleanse I have a new appreciation for food and for making the right choices (that is where my problem is). Today's menu was:
Breakfast- 3 egg whites/ 1 cup grapes
Lunch- egg salad/ 2 pickles
Snack- 1 chicken soft taco (Fresco) from Taco Bell that I had to gather change up to buy (we are replenishing our envelope system when we get paid on Friday) 
Dinner- Broccoli and shrimp salad with balsamic vinaigrette
I'm feeling great!

  1. Good for you using your envelopes. But I did not think you could eat Taco Bell from the floor board change anymore. They have gotten expensive.

  2. I did "Slim in 6" last summer too! It gets pretty intense at the end, but well worth it when coupled with running! You go girl!
