Vision Boards

Vision boards work. <-- You can click there to read about them in more detail but basically if we write down our goals and post them where we can see them we are more likely to accomplish them. So, December 30th I made a vision board for achieving our Lexus with FHTM. We would need 24 people to join our team in 3 consecutive months. I tore out three months of my desk calendar and marked each month with a 24 as the finish. Each time someone joined our team I would put the number on the board on that day. In January we met our first month of qualifications but cut it too close for comfort (1 hour before the end of the month). We finished February with 27 new team members and used that momentum to push through and complete our car qualifications on the 14th of this month! We are thrilled, exhausted, and ready to complete our next goals. I will begin making our vision boards for GETTING OUT OF DEBT, AND PROMOTING TO NATIONAL SALES MANAGERS tomorrow! I am so excited and focused and ready to be debt free!! You may remember that making a vision board for completing my first marathon in February of 2009 helped me do just that! So my vision boards are working at 100%!! What do you need to achieve??

  1. We did something similar when we were getting out of our debt.. posted on our fridge, we'd put the amt paid off in green and the amt still owed in RED.... no more red in our life. :) GOALS WORK. Line 'em up with God's will for your life, and you just can't lose! Love y'all. Congrats!!!
