Run with Me: Week 5

My friend Heather D has a wonderful blog called Raising Emery. She just bad a baby girl too! I love her idea of posting her post pregnancy weight loss weekly. So here are my stats as of today.

10.5 weeks pp (I will weigh in on Wednesdays starting this week.
Weight Loss this week: 1.8 pounds
Total weight loss to date: 34 pounds
Weight remaining: 18 pounds

This week's plan of action is to keep it up!

Week 5 running workout is:
5 minute warm up
run 6 walk 1 and 1/2 minutes repeat 3 times
5 minute cool down

I will run 4 times this week and add 2 days of Slim in 6 in there to start toning my muscles. I have a wedding to go to on the beach (YIKES) in less than a month!
