I'm Not Saying

I'm not saying that she's potty trained but Kennedy used the potty tonight after her bath and she was very excited! I've been taking her to the bathroom with me every time I go and telling her all about what I'm doing. I've been putting her on the potty on her own seat before & after bath time each day and she would just smile but tonight she went! Such a sweet girl and so so fun! We clapped & clapped! Just sweet times!

Renewed

I can't put this weekend into many words at all except to say that I am completely renewed. I could give you the Reading Rainbow version of everything that Beth Moore taught us this weekend at the Living Proof event in Austin but I know I wouldn't give it justice at all. Let me just say that I am changed and I have so much more appreciation for where the last year has taken me. I know that the Lord used this weekend to seal up a season in my life. I know victory down deep in my bones and I don't write that lightly. I pray that you will realize just who you are in Christ Jesus. He is the only way that I am standing where I am today and He is truly all that we need.

Thank You Lord for your faithfulness. I march on. March on in victory. Only because of You and your grace, mercy, love, forgiveness, etc. You deserve all of our honor and praise. You are high and lifted up! Thank You Lord! I will rise! 

Catching Up

I guess I'll stick with my numbers here and try to blog 7 or less times each month. Chasing a 17 month old gets crazy y'all but she is so much fun! This week has been full of finishing the month strong with our business, trips to Chick-Fil-A to get out of the heat, running around the house, and teaching Kennedy animals and their sounds. We also found that our afternoons are much easier if we go somewhere with Kennedy so we have taken adventures to Cabela's, Academy, and the Outlets in San Marcos. We are having a blast with our girl. Target

The Target in Kyle, TX closes way too early in my opinion. 10pm? I'm just getting started at 10pm! So tonight my late Target run turned into me joyriding around Kyle, TX praising the Lord with my moon roof open and windows down. Awww! So. Good. For. The. Soul!

I didn't need to buy anything at Target I was just going to look around and get out of the house. Obviously He is all we need. So refreshed!

I've been a Christian for 12 years today! I will never ever forget the day! I remember feeling and knowing that I am free and the shackles are gone forever! Thank you Lord that you are working in me! You've been beyond patient with me and I'm going to see the plans you have for me through!
