Lunch: egg salad on one piece of whole wheat bread
Snack: protein water (special K)
Dinner: 4 oz baked chicken breast with 1/2 cup of brown rice
after dinner snack: 2 pieces of stuffed crust pizza from pizza hut that the lady provided at our meeting...
